Welcome to LH Beauty Lounge. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

1. Booking & Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official booking platform, phone, or in person.
• A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking.
• Clients are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment to allow for check-in and consultation.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• The deposit amount will be applied toward the final service cost.
• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be subject to cancellation and loss of deposit.
• Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and rescheduling may be allowed at management’s discretion.

4. Service Disclaimer

• All services provided are subject to professional discretion and suitability for the client.
• We do not guarantee specific results as outcomes may vary based on individual skin type, hair texture, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
• Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or contraindications before the procedure.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of beauty treatments, all services are final and non-refundable.
• If you experience any concerns post-treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

6. Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. LH Beauty Lounge SMS Notifications

• This program sends users appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional messages after opt-in via our website or booking form.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
• To rejoin the SMS program, simply opt in again as you did before.
• If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” or contact us directly at info@lhbeautylounge.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

• Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and ensure that you understand it.  Your acceptance of Our Privacy Policy is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site. If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using Our Site immediately.

• LH Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
